Store development

A turnkey Upgates store built for growth

We build a store that sells from day one and does not need rewriting as you grow: custom design without switching off the Designer, a B2B zone, languages and satellite stores from one admin, connected warehouse, invoicing and carriers.

What you get

Online store on Upgates

We build an online store that can grow without a rewrite including a B2B zone and several brands or countries from one admin.

  • CORE package: everything the online store needs to sell from day one
  • Custom design without switching off the Designer module the online store stays updatable
  • Products with variants, parameters and filters; configurators when the range needs them
  • B2B: prices after login, customer groups and price lists, registering customers from the field
  • Language versions and satellite online stores from one admin, OSS VAT

Warehouse, invoicing and logistics

An order goes from basket to delivery without a manual touch warehouse, accounting and carriers connected via API.

  • ERP and warehouse: Pohoda, Money S4 and others; a custom connector where no plug-in exists
  • Dispatch via Chameleon: every carrier from one place, shipment statuses every two hours, barcode-checked picking
  • Pack4You fulfilment we use it on our own online store
  • Carriers: Packeta, GLS, DPD, SPS, Slovak Post
  • Invoices directly in Upgates, export to accounting (ISDOC, Money, Pohoda)

Comparison sites and marketplaces

Feeds straight from Upgates, no Mergado and Allegro or Alza orders in the same admin as the online store's.

  • Product feeds for Google, Meta and Heureka set on the products, not in yet another tool
  • Allegro, Alza, Mall, Glami, Favi; Amazon for Germany
  • Categories, units of measure, ID matching so the feed is approved first time
  • Marketplace orders in one admin together with the online store
  • Google Merchant Center and ongoing management

How it works

  1. 011 wk

    Audit

We go through the online store, data, warehouse and margins. For complex systems, a data analysis comes first without it we would be guessing the price.

  2. 021–2 wk

    Proposal

A quote with every item listed: the CORE package plus only the add-ons you actually need.

  3. 033–6 wk

    Build

Online store, carriers, payments, warehouse and invoicing. Previews along the way, no surprise at the end.

  4. 041 wk

    Launch

DNS switch, indexing check, measurement. We are on the phone for fourteen days.

  5. 05

    Growth

Campaigns, marketplaces, retention and the profit report. This is where the investment starts coming back.

FAQ

Shoptet or Upgates?

Upgates includes all features and add-ons in every plan, handles multiple languages and satellite stores from one admin, has B2B price lists and a Designer for design without coding. Shoptet is simpler to start with and has a larger add-on ecosystem. For a growing store heading into more countries or B2B we recommend Upgates a detailed comparison of prices and features is in our Shoptet vs Upgates article.

How long does a migration take?

Typically 20 to 30 working days from approving the quote to the switch. The old store keeps selling until the second DNS is switched, so there is no revenue gap. After launch we are on the phone for 14 days.

What are Upgates modules and how do I buy one?

Ready-made add-ons for Upgates stores that the platform lacks out of the box: side banners, bundle configurator, delivery date, sticky add-to-cart bar and more. One-off price with no monthly fees, implementation in hours, no need to switch off the Designer. You buy by card directly on the site, the invoice arrives by e-mail and we get back to you within one business day with an implementation date.

What does the first call look like?

Thirty minutes on Google Meet, you pick the time directly on the site. We go through what your store runs on, where stock and invoicing live, how orders flow and what your numbers show. At the end we tell you straight whether we can help and what we would start with. If we do not see potential in the project, we say so on the first call.
